What the FAQ?

Here’s some answers to the more common questions we get.

It sure is.

Nope. We’re currently in private beta. Once registered, we will provide you instructions for how to install Otis to your device.

Otis is made for friends. Initially you will be provided with a limited number of invites. More will be released over time.

Australia, New Zealand, UK and the US. We are adding more countries soon. Select ‘Other’ on the registration form and we’ll contact you regarding our private launch in your location.

It is not possible to stream TV shows or movies directly within Otis. Otis is your companion app for managing your watch activity, recommendations and chats between friends about all of the streamed content you’re loving and not loving! At some stage in the not too distant future we will be linking directly into your preferred services for streaming (assuming you have the relevant apps on your device).

We are currently processing waitlist requests every week and onboarding new members in groups. Once you register your spot we will be in touch to confirm how long your wait might be. Spoiler alert: It’s not that long! If you’re bringing friends in with you at the same time, you can all jump the queue.
